My journey is a diverse combination of experiences from the music, sports, military and corporate worlds. I’ve personally adopted Bruce Lee’s philosophy to navigate my life experiences: research my own experience, absorb what is useful, reject what is useless, add what is essentially my own.
Through this approach, I’ve been able to connect different parallels and themes to bring deeper insights and perspectives. The skills I’ve acquired enable me to strategically navigate the abstract, as well as operationalize a plan.
I also subscribe to the principles of servant-leadership and deeply value relationships. I’m most proud of the many relationships I have in a variety of different circles.
Hi, I'm Larry!
The foundation of my approach is heavily informed by my sports experiences. I started my sports journey in 1979 as a basketball player. I played in high school and college. I also have semi-professional and international playing experience. I expanded my journey in 1996 to include coaching and developing players.
I've experienced many life lessons through sports and virtually all of these lessons have relevance in other areas of life. I've synthesized this into a framework for leadership, professional development and teamwork.
